However, there was a case brought to the Labor and Industry Review Commission that resulted in an award of workers' compensation benefits to an undocumented worker. Rea v. Kenosha Beef Int'l, 1999 WL 370027, 4-5 (Wis. Lab. Ind. & Rev. Comm'n May 5, 1999).
