    Yes
    Case Law
Correa v. Waymouth Farms, Inc., 664 N.W.2d 324, 329 (Minn. 2003) (holding that Immigration Reform Control Act (IRCA) did not prevent state from awarding workers' compensation benefits to unauthorized aliens and thus alien, who medically was released to work with restrictions, was not prohibited by Act from conducting a diligent job search as a condition of receiving temporary total disability benefits under state's workers' compensation law).
    Benefits Available for Undocumented Workers
Undocumented workers are eligible for temporary total disability benefits, even though this requires diligent job search as a condition of receiving such benefits. Correa v. Waymouth Farms, Inc., 664 N.W.2d 324, 330 (Minn. 2003).
